Return Status

Find all the steps and updates of your return by following the instructions below.

Based on the progress, your return can be: 

Awaiting confirmation: wait for our staff to process your request.

Awaiting consignment: prepare the package to be returned by inserting the return form from the "RETURNS" section in your Profile. Address the package to:

Take care not to:

- remove parts of the jewellery

- remove labels and tags

- destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes and packaging

- write on the original boxes or packaging

- make sure to return all accessories originally supplied

 

Package received wait for our staff to make a detailed review of the returned products in order to confirm or refuse your return.

Return completed: your return was successful because it meets all the requirements listed above. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the products based on the payment method you used during the purchase.

Return refused: we are sorry the return has been refused for one of the following reasons:

  • visibly used products

  • products that bear alteration, tampering, breakage, or abrasion
    - incomplete products (e.g. the chain is missing, parts of the earrings are missing, ...)

  • customised products on specific customer requests

  • purchased for business and / or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

Note, that in the cases listed above, the return cannot be refunded and your product will remain at your disposal. We can send it back to you by charging you for transport. For more details, please use our  contact form
